Med ovenstående arbeidstilbud i original påført forhåndsgodkjenning fra NAV og oppholdstillatelse fra politiet, kan visumfri utlending reise til Norge. Søker skal senest innen en uke etter ankomst til Norge melde seg for politiet i oppholdsdistriktet, jf. utlendingsforskriften § 4-23. Tillatelsen vil der settes inn i utlendingens reisedokument ved etikett, og et informasjonsskriv om sesongarbeidstillatelse vil bli utlevert.
Oppholdet i Norge må ikke strekke seg ut over 6 måneder.
If in possession of the above offer of employment (original) endorsed in advance by Local Employment Office (NAV) and Police, the applicant not requiring a visa may travel to Norway. The applicant is requested to report to the Police in his/ her district of stay within 7 days of arrival, in accordance with section 4-23 of the Immigration Regulations. The applicant will then be issued with additional information relevant to seasonal work permit holders, and his/ her travel document will get a sticker with the work permit.
Stay in Norway must not exeed 6 months.
